These terms apply to your use of kataconsulting.co. They describe the site itself, not any specific client engagement — actual project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate signed proposal or contract with KATA Consulting for that engagement.

Content on this site (services, case studies, blog posts) is provided for general information about KATA Consulting and its work. Submitting the contact form or messaging us on WhatsApp is an inquiry, not a binding commitment on either side — a project only begins once both parties sign a proposal or agreement.

Marketing and brand strategy results depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, execution, budget, competition). Case studies and metrics shown on this site reflect specific past engagements and are not a guarantee of similar results for any future client.

Work samples shown under "Projects" are used with client permission where required. If you engage KATA for a project, the specific terms of your contract will state whether and how that work may be featured in our portfolio — this site's general terms do not override a signed client agreement.

All content on this site — copy, design, photography, and code — belongs to KATA Consulting unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.

This site and its content are provided "as is." KATA Consulting is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will first be handled through good-faith discussion between the parties.
