KATA Consulting ("KATA", "we", "us") is a brand strategy and marketing consultancy operating in Indonesia and Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect through kataconsulting.co, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Contact form: the name, email or phone number, business name, industry, budget range, and project details you submit through our project intake form.

WhatsApp: if you message us via a "Start a Conversation" link, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own privacy terms — we only see what you send us directly.

Automatically, when you browse the site: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and referral source, collected through Google Analytics.

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a relevant proposal.

To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

To keep basic business records, as required for tax and accounting purposes once a project moves forward.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for purposes beyond the ones listed here.

We use Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies to measure site traffic and behavior in aggregate. A cookie banner lets you accept or decline these before any analytics cookie is set.

Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or submit the contact form.

Google (Analytics, and the Apps Script that processes contact form submissions into our internal records) and Meta/WhatsApp (for conversations you start via WA links) are the only third parties involved in handling data from this site.

We do not share your data with other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as reasonably needed to follow up on your inquiry, or for the duration of an active client relationship plus standard bookkeeping retention. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format.
