Automated a manual process that previously required an estimated 5,000–15,000 man-hours per month (10–30 minutes per file for 30,000 PDFs) down to approximately 3 minutes total. This translates to monthly operational savings of approximately IDR 750,000,000 while also reducing dependency on large manpower teams and eliminating most human-error-related rework costs.
